Mandatory Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a DBA working with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Proven experience in SQL development, database maintenance, and performance optimization.
- Strong expertise in writing complex queries and tuning database performance.
- Deep understanding of data structures, indexing strategies, Service Broker, and SQL Server architecture.
- Hands-on experience diagnosing and resolving performance issues such as High CPU utilization, Deadlocks, Locks, Blocking, and Timeouts.
- Experience with SQL Server monitoring and performance analysis tools.
- Ability to analyze and optimize Execution Plans.
- Good English communication skills (written and reading).
- Fast learner with strong self-learning capabilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Development, QA, System, and Support teams.
