We are seeking an experienced RF, Communications & Electronic Warfare (EW) Model Developer to join our multidisciplinary engineering team. The role involves designing and developing system-level simulations, physical models, and optimization algorithms for operational mission planning systems in the domains of wireless communications, electronic warfare, SIGINT, and electromagnetic interference.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop system-level simulations across RF spectrum-related domains.
- Develop physical models and simulations for operational mission planning systems involving:
- Wireless Communications
- Electronic Warfare (EW)
- Signals Intelligence (SIGINT)
- Electromagnetic Interference (EMI/EMC)
- Design and implement engineering logic and analytical tools using MATLAB and Python.
- Develop optimization algorithms and advanced mathematical models.
- Analyze complex systems and System-of-Systems architectures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the design and development lifecycle.
- Lead technical processes and contribute to innovative problem-solving and solution development.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. degree in a relevant engineering discipline such as:
- Electrical Engineering
- Physics
- Mathematics
- At least 4 years of experience in model development or hands-on systems engineering of RF-based systems, including one or more of the following domains:
- Wireless Communications
- Electronic Warfare (EW)
- Signals Intelligence (SIGINT)
- Radar Systems
- At least 2 years of experience developing simulations and mathematical computations for physical or engineering models, implemented in MATLAB and/or Python.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand and model complex System-of-Systems environments.
- Proven ability to lead technical activities, solve complex problems, and develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in a multidisciplinary environment.
