We are seeking an experienced RF, Communications & Electronic Warfare (EW) Model Developer to join our multidisciplinary engineering team. The role involves designing and developing system-level simulations, physical models, and optimization algorithms for operational mission planning systems in the domains of wireless communications, electronic warfare, SIGINT, and electromagnetic interference.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop system-level simulations across RF spectrum-related domains.
  • Develop physical models and simulations for operational mission planning systems involving:
  • Wireless Communications
  • Electronic Warfare (EW)
  • Signals Intelligence (SIGINT)
  • Electromagnetic Interference (EMI/EMC)
  • Design and implement engineering logic and analytical tools using MATLAB and Python.
  • Develop optimization algorithms and advanced mathematical models.
  • Analyze complex systems and System-of-Systems architectures.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the design and development lifecycle.
  • Lead technical processes and contribute to innovative problem-solving and solution development.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. degree in a relevant engineering discipline such as:
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Physics
  • Mathematics
  • At least 4 years of experience in model development or hands-on systems engineering of RF-based systems, including one or more of the following domains:
  • Wireless Communications
  • Electronic Warfare (EW)
  • Signals Intelligence (SIGINT)
  • Radar Systems
  • At least 2 years of experience developing simulations and mathematical computations for physical or engineering models, implemented in MATLAB and/or Python.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand and model complex System-of-Systems environments.
  • Proven ability to lead technical activities, solve complex problems, and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills in a multidisciplinary environment.
