We're Hiring | Signal Processing & Radar Algorithms Team Lead | Yehud, Israel
Join the Engineering & Systems Plant within the Missile & Space Systems Division and lead the development of advanced algorithms for signal processing, detection, and tracking in complex multi-sensor environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of algorithm engineers working on advanced signal processing solutions
• Develop signal and image processing algorithms for detection and tracking across radar and electro-optical sensors
• Design and implement control and optimization algorithms for radar-based sensing systems
• Define system scenarios, simulation environments, datasets, and validation frameworks for algorithm evaluation and testing
• Develop and evaluate algorithmic solutions for detection and tracking in noisy and dynamic environments
• Conduct performance analysis, comparative studies, and write technical documentation
• Collaborate closely with system engineering teams for end-to-end integration and testing
• Define and support experimental campaigns, including execution and analysis of results
• Apply machine learning techniques to optimize algorithm performance
Requirements:
• M.Sc. in Engineering or Exact Sciences – mandatory
• 5+ years of experience in signal processing (radar / communications / medical / sensing systems) – mandatory
• Strong background in statistics and probability – mandatory
• Experience with sensor data fusion – advantage
• Strong analytical thinking, self-learning ability, high motivation, and excellent interpersonal skills
