About Us

Deliverz.ai is transforming logistics and automation inside hospitals and large campuses.

Our platform combines autonomous robots, cloud services, IoT infrastructure, and operational systems to automate the movement of critical supplies in complex healthcare environments.

Operating in real hospitals every day, we build technology that directly impacts operational efficiency, staff productivity, and patient care.

Role Overview

As a Software Engineering Team Lead, you will lead the development of Android and Kotlin based software applications that power autonomous robot operations in real healthcare environments.

You will own the Android application layer running on our robotic platforms, including mission execution, operational workflows, user interactions, cloud connectivity, infrastructure integrations, and fleet operations.

This is a highly hands-on leadership role.

You are expected to remain an active software engineer and spend at least 60% of your time designing, developing, reviewing, and shipping production software.

You will lead by example through technical contribution, engineering execution, architectural ownership, and team leadership.

You will work closely with software engineers and technology partners to improve reliability, capabilities, and operational performance across our robotic fleet.

As Deliverz.ai continues to grow, you will play a key role in scaling the robotics applications team through hiring, mentoring, and establishing engineering best practices.
