Performance Engineer | Central Israel

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Performance and Load Tester for a leading organization in central Israel.

An opportunity to take ownership of performance and load testing for complex systems in an advanced technology environment.

Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, and execute load and performance tests for complex systems.

Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks and infrastructure issues, and ensure systems meet performance and availability requirements.

Work with JMeter, LoadRunner, Java, Groovy, Python Beanshell, Oracle, MSSQL, Elastic Search, CI/CD, and DevOps.

Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams.

Write reports and specification documents.

Integrate load testing into CI/CD processes.

Present findings to management and professional teams.

Work in advanced technological environments.

Requirements:

At least 6 years of experience developing and executing load and performance tests.

Hands-on experience with load testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.

Programming experience in Java, Groovy, or Python Beanshell.

Experience planning and executing load tests, analyzing results, and identifying system bottlenecks.

Relevant academic degree or professional training in technology and software testing.
