We’re Hiring: Lab Technician (With RF hands on) – based in Herzliya.

Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and maintain complex RF/Wireless test setups.
• Perform measurements and in-depth characterization of wireless systems (Bluetooth / Wi-Fi).
• Analyze test results based on RF metrics such as SNR, RSSI, and BLER.
• Develop and maintain automation tools and test scripts using Python or other programming languages.
• Manage code and documentation using Git.

Requirements 

• At least 5 years of experience in RF or a related field (wireless communications, transmitter/receiver systems, PHY to RF).
• Hands-on experience in testing environments, including lab equipment and testing methodologies.
• Strong understanding of RF fundamentals: SNR, RSSI, BLER, receiver sensitivity, transmission power.
• Experience in programming with Python or other languages (C, MATLAB, LabVIEW, etc.).
• Practical experience with Git and version-controlled environments.
• Hands-on approach, ability to work independently, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Bluetooth technologies (Classic / BLE) and/or Wi-Fi (802.11ax / 802.11be). - Advantage
• Familiarity with advanced measurement equipment (e.g., Keysight MXG, Rohde & Schwarz, spectrum analyzers).  - Advantage
• Experience in end-to-end test automation.  - Advantage
