Movinglife is looking for an Information Systems & Technical Support Specialist to join our IT department.


This role involves managing and operating enterprise information systems, providing technical support to our employees, developing automations and integrations across various systems, and improving technological processes across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

Management, maintenance, and ongoing operation of enterprise information systems.


Troubleshooting, identifying, and fixing system bugs.


Developing and implementing automations and integrations across different systems.


Handling and tracking service tickets using Monday.com.


Ongoing hands-on work with CRM, ERP, and enterprise SaaS systems.


Requirements:

Previous experience working with enterprise information systems / technical support / IT.


Strong technical problem-solving skills and a broad systemic understanding.


Ability to work independently with exceptional organizational skills.


Previous experience in coding and development.


Experience working with Priority / Zoho CRM / Shopify – Mandatory.
