We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Implementer to join a government organization in Jerusalem and take part in the implementation, customization, and enhancement of advanced Salesforce solutions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Salesforce implementation experience

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce customization and configuration

• Experience with Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Validation Rules

• Experience managing Profiles, Permissions, and Users

• Experience creating Reports & Dashboards

• Experience providing end-user support and training

• Experience working with both business and technical stakeholders

• Experience managing tasks and projects in a Salesforce environment

• Experience with data loading tools such as Data Loader or Salesforce Inspector

• Experience ensuring data quality and system integrity

• Experience with Service Cloud and/or other Salesforce Clouds

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant) – advantage

• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Web Components (LWC) – advantage

• Experience with APIs and integration solutions – advantage

• Experience with OmniStudio or Titan – advantage

• Experience working in Agile environments – advantage

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an academic degree combined with at least 300 hours of Information Systems training, or a professional Salesforce course
