Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Haifa for a Hardware and Firmware Engineer and Team Lead. The role involves leading and participating in the design, development, and debugging of advanced embedded systems and firmware for wireless communication devices. Responsibilities include overseeing hardware development, working closely with cross-functional teams, optimizing designs for ARM-based architectures, and ensuring compliance with technical requirements and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Embedded Software development and experience with ARM Architecture
• Strong background in Debugging and Software Development
• Expertise in Electrical Engineering, including circuit design and analysis
• Experience leading technical teams and managing complex engineering projects
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in RF or wireless communication systems is a strong advantage
• Bsc. In Electrical Engineering is a Must and prefered with Advanced Degrees MsEE or Phd in the Field
