About The Position
AudioCodes is looking for a motivated Computer Science student to join our UMP QA Automation team. This role offers hands-on experience in developing automated tests using Python in an AI-powered development environment, while working with cloud technologies and modern QA practices. The ideal candidate is passionate about coding, eager to learn, and comfortable collaborating in a dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- You will develop and maintain automated tests in Python within an AI-assisted coding environment (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
- Execute both manual and automated testing for the AudioCodes UMP application
- Work with Microsoft Azure via Azure Portal to manage and test cloud-based resources
- Investigate, analyze, and troubleshoot issues, providing technical insights and solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in both Hebrew- and English-speaking environments

Requirements:
- Computer Science student, with a minimum of two years left to complete degree
- Proven hands-on experience in Python programming
- Experience working with REST APIs
- Strong English communication skills, including conversational ability
- Experience using AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with cloud concepts, especially Microsoft Azure
- Basic knowledge of networking
- Experience with Jira or similar tools
- Experience with PyCharm IDE
- Familiarity with Git and Gerrit
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
