Moon Active is one of the world’s fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment to millions of active users across the universe. The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv. 

We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Technical Artist to join our rapidly growing Art & Design team. As a Technical Artist, you’ll work closely with our Creative, Product and Development teams to shape Moon Active games.




Responsibilities:


  • Act as a gatekeeper for assets, establishing and enforcing strict technical standards for asset quality, optimization, and performance.
  • Integrate creative assets (art and visual effects) into the game while maintaining technical integrity.
  • Research, design, and build custom tools, scripts, and AI-driven agents to automate and innovate the asset creation pipeline.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies to ensure assets are perfectly streamlined for mobile.
  • Contribute to technical solutions and pipeline design for the production and delivery of art assets, helping teams leverage our technology and standards.




Requirements:


  • Passion for gaming.
  • Knowledge in Unity, Photoshop/Figma and 2D/3D animation software (After Effects, Blender, Maya..)
  • A demonstrated ability for technical and artistic problem-solving.
  • Experience in scripting (e.g., C#) and tool development, or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to AI workflows and agent creation (such as Cursor, Claude, Layer, or ComfyUI)


Advantage:

  • Knowledge of writing shaders and scripts in Unity. 
  • Previous experience working in the mobile games industry.
