Senior SQL Server DBA | Jerusalem Area | Large Enterprise Organization

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Senior SQL Server DBA for a large organization in the Jerusalem area.

This is a senior role involving data infrastructure projects, maintenance of additional development-related projects, and end-to-end responsibility for database environments across a large-scale organization.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the DBA domain within the organization

Take full responsibility for organizational databases in a large enterprise environment

Define goals, work plans, and professional standards for database operations

Manage SQL infrastructure and provide expert database solutions

Support data infrastructure projects and maintain additional projects in the development domain

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a DBA

At least 2 years of experience managing a team

Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining SQL Server 2016/2019 databases in enterprise environments

Full proficiency in T-SQL, including complex queries, functions, and triggers

Experience with performance monitoring, performance tuning, and database troubleshooting

Experience managing complex MS-SQL infrastructures, including multi-server environments, High Availability, Replication, and Load Balancing
