We’re Hiring | Digital / Full Stack Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced Digital / Full Stack Team Lead to join a new opportunity with one of our clients.

This role is ideal for a hands-on technology leader who enjoys combining technical ownership, team leadership, delivery management, and close collaboration with business stakeholders.

In this position, you will lead and support a team of Full Stack developers, manage development plans and project timelines, perform code reviews, oversee development and maintenance releases, and act as a key bridge between business needs and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Full Stack developers

• Build and manage work plans, priorities, project timelines, and delivery follow-ups

• Perform code reviews and promote high-quality development standards

• Coordinate between business requirements and technical implementation

• Manage development and maintenance releases

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience in digital environments

• At least 1 year of management experience or experience as a Tech Lead

• Experience implementing or working with advanced development tools

• Familiarity with AWS architecture — a strong advantage

• Strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills
