Job Overview:

We are searching for an experienced Software Engineer to join our R&D department. The team analyze live data and user behavior patterns, determine who truly needs access to which resources-then dynamically adjust permissions, including automatically removing unnecessary access.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Software Engineer, your responsibilities will include leading the design and development of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and prioritize tasks, while providing technical guidance and mentorship to software engineers. You will ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment are followed, and monitor and improve system performance to ensure reliability and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related degree.
• At least 4 years experience as a Software Engineer.
• Proficiency with C# - advantage.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
• Demonstrates strong ownership, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while contributing positively to team dynamics and outcomes.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
