We are looking for an experienced Data Team Lead to manage and lead a data team while staying hands-on in development, analysis, and project delivery.

This role combines professional leadership, task management, and hands-on work across data development, data warehouse environments, and business-facing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and professionally lead a team of about 10 data professionals.
• Lead data development tasks, project execution, and ongoing delivery.
• Stay hands-on with development, analysis, and solution design.
• Work closely with stakeholders, report progress, and drive initiatives forward.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading data teams and managing professional tasks.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and data warehouse platforms such as Snowflake or Fabric.
• Experience in project leadership, requirements analysis, and data development.
• Python experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, independence, initiative, and ability to motivate others.
