Ludeo is a cloud gaming platform. Studios integrate our SDK once; from then on, any player can capture and share an interactive gameplay moment that anyone with a link can jump straight into - on any device, no downloads or signups. We run the streaming and real-time backend - WebSockets, Kafka, and low-latency video on multi-region EKS and GKE with a GitOps culture - where infrastructure choices show up directly in UX, security, and cost.

The Team

A small yet powerful team owning the full DevOps spectrum - cloud infrastructure, monitoring, security, and developer experience. The atmosphere is playful, the targets are ambitious, and there are no silos between disciplines.

What You'll do

• Manage end-to-end SOC 2 audits and compliance cycles.
• Drive security posture across AWS/GCP (identity, secrets, supply chain, incident response).
• Build internal tooling and AI-driven infrastructure workflows.
• Handle foundational cloud infrastructure and GitOps engineering.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or related infrastructure roles.
• Hands-on public cloud and k8s production experience
• Expertise in cloud security, identity, secrets, and supply chain protection.
• Proficiency in Terraform (module design and refactoring).
• GitOps delivery (ArgoCD, Helm, Helmfile).
• Strong observability fundamentals (Metrics, Logs, Traces).
• Strong communication skills in English.
