Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring an AI Engineer for a leading company in Petah Tikva.

This role focuses on driving successful adoption of AI solutions across business units, translating business needs into practical AI solutions, and embedding them into real workflows to create measurable business value.

Responsibilities:

Lead the adoption of AI solutions across business units

Translate business needs into practical, applicable AI solutions

Implement AI solutions within real organizational workflows

Work closely with business teams to identify high-value opportunities

Build, deploy, and improve customized AI solutions

Continuously optimize outputs based on adoption, usage, technological quality, and business value

Drive measurable business impact through applied AI initiatives

Requirements:

At least 2–3 years of experience in software development, data, analytics, or applied AI roles

Proven experience implementing AI-based or data-based solutions in production environments

Strong programming skills and experience in backend development, such as Python, APIs, and data processes

Experience working with AI technologies such as LLMs, automation, agents, or advanced analytics

Ability to work with existing data sources and enterprise systems

Full professional proficiency in English, written and spoken
