We are looking for a System Performance Engineer to join the Airborne Systems Division at Israel Aerospace Industries ELTA Systems.

The position includes:

• Integrating advanced algorithms into processing chains for state-of-the-art air-to-ground radar systems

• Planning and participating in challenging flight tests while considering system constraints and operational requirements

• Taking part in product maturation phases, including performance analysis, test data evaluation, and customer reporting

• Developing simulation tools and conducting performance analyses

• Applying a system-level perspective while maintaining strong attention to technical details

What we’re looking for:

• B.Sc. in Systems Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or Software Engineering – Mandatory

• M.Sc. in Engineering or Exact Sciences – Advantage

• At least 3 years of experience in system performance analysis and multidisciplinary system understanding – Mandatory

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with engineering and development teams – Mandatory

• Hands-on experience with MATLAB and/or Python – Mandatory

• Familiarity with radar technologies and signal processing domains – Advantage

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
