If you are a hands-on DevSecOps Engineer who loves to build, secure, and scale from the ground up—we want you with us!

In this role, you will own and scale Mentaily’s cloud infrastructure, automation, and security posture. You will architect enterprise-grade cloud foundations and drive operational resilience across our GenAI platform.

• Azure Architecture: Design, maintain, and secure multi-environment and multi-tenant Azure architecture.
• IaC & CI/CD: Lead infrastructure automation using Terraform and manage deployment pipelines.
• Security & Hardening: Enforce DevSecOps best practices, drive vulnerability remediation, and manage identity, encryption, and secrets.
• Containers & Scale: Support containerized workloads (Docker/AKS) and drive high-availability and disaster recovery planning.
• Observability: Design monitoring frameworks to ensure platform reliability and performance.
• Collaboration: Partner with engineering, AI, and compliance teams to ensure secure delivery and incident response.

• Experience: 4+ years in Cloud Architecture, DevOps, or DevSecOps roles.
• Cloud & Tech Stack: Strong, hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes (AKS).
• Security Foundations: Solid understanding of networking, IAM, API security, and compliance best practices.
• Operations: Experience with observability platforms, production databases, and incident troubleshooting.
• Mindset: A builder mindset—proactive, autonomous, and comfortable taking end-to-end ownership.
