We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Full Stack Team Lead to lead and mentor a team of Full Stack Developers in the digital domain.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing development processes, driving projects forward, and bridging business and technological needs while maintaining a strong technical involvement (~20% Hands-On).

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Full Stack Developers in digital environments
• Build work plans, manage projects and timelines, and ensure successful delivery
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high development standards
• Coordinate and bridge business requirements with technological solutions
• Manage development, maintenance, and release processes
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across the organization

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience in digital environments
• At least 1 year of managerial experience or experience as a strong Tech Lead
• Experience implementing advanced development tools and methodologies
• Strong familiarity with AWS architecture – a significant advantage

• Hybrid model: Work from home twice a week after the onboarding period
