Who We Are
At Droxi, we’re improving the medical world by solving one of healthcare’s biggest headaches, EHR inbox overload. Our AI-powered solution is like the ultimate assistant, taking care of the tedious stuff so healthcare providers can get back to what they love: practicing medicine. We’re a small but mighty team and every day we’re working on something that truly makes a difference. If you’re passionate about healthcare and tech, you’ll love what we’re building here.
The Position
At Droxi, we don’t just build AI for healthcare, we aim to be an "AI-first" organization in every internal process. We are looking for a tech-savvy AI Solutions Engineer to act as our internal automation engine. Sitting at the intersection of business operations and software, you will identify bottlenecks across departments and build the tools to solve them. You will design and deploy functional AI agents and automated workflows, leveraging dedicated AI platforms and your technical know-how to drive 10x efficiency across the company.
What You'll Do
- Process Discovery & Scoping: Partner with leads across Product, GTM, and HR to map out existing workflows, identify manual bottlenecks, and define high-ROI opportunities for AI automation.
- Agent & Workflow Construction: Rapidly prototype and build functional internal AI agents and automated processes using dedicated platforms, applying custom scripts only when necessary.
- Tech Stack Integration: Seamlessly plug your AI solutions into Droxi’s existing ecosystem (e.g., Slack, Jira, CRM) via APIs and webhooks so that automation happens exactly where the team already works.
- Monitoring & Iteration: Own the lifecycle of the tools you build. Track usage data, debug edge cases, and continuously refine prompt architectures and logic based on real-world team feedback.
- Enablement & Adoption: Create internal playbooks, lead training sessions, and coach team members on how to maximize their productivity using the tools you’ve deployed, turning every employee in the company into an AI expert.
Requirements:
Requirements
- Academic Background: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a closely related technical field.
- Applied AI Agent Experience: Proven, hands-on experience building and deploying working AI agents (using platforms like OpenAI Assistants, flow builders, or frameworks like LangChain).
- Coding & Systems: You understand how software works under the hood. You possess practical scripting skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and have a strong grasp of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
- Platform Proficiency: High proficiency with No-Code/Low-Code automation platforms (e.g., Make, Zapier) and an active interest in the latest AI tooling.
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical workflows into simple terms for non-technical stakeholders.
Who You Are
- A Pragmatic Builder: You care more about solving the problem efficiently using the right platforms than writing everything from scratch.
- The Bridge: You enjoy collaborating with people from different professional backgrounds and translating their operational needs into technical solutions.
- Execution-Focused: You take pride in seeing your tools actively used to make a tangible difference in people's daily work.
- Proactive Problem-Solver: You actively hunt for inefficiencies and build the AI tools to fix them.
