Mertens - MalamTeam is looking for a Tech Lead iOS Mobile to join a leading financial company in Rishon LeZion.

This role offers the opportunity to lead the mobile technology domain across direct digital channels, including mobile applications and web platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the iOS development team from a technological perspective
• Drive architectural decisions and end-to-end mobile solutions
• Hands-on development using Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI
• Ensure high code quality, performance optimization, and security standards
• Integrate mobile solutions with Backend systems and APIs
• Collaborate with multiple teams across the organization
• Support scalable and high-performance mobile environments

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in iOS development
• Previous experience as a Tech Lead or leading Senior iOS Developer
• Strong expertise in Swift and Mobile architectures such as MVVM and Clean Architecture
• Experience working with APIs and cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities
