Java Backend Developer

Mertens Malam Team is looking for a Java Backend Developer to join a leading financial organization in Lod.

This role includes developing critical operational systems that support trading rooms and enterprise financial operations in a highly technological environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop online interfaces and customizations for critical operational systems
• Work with interfaces and files transferred to integrated internal and external banking systems
• Develop advanced Backend solutions using Spring Boot technologies
• Collaborate closely with development teams, information system analysts, business analysts, and end users
• Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of complex enterprise systems
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and integration across multiple systems

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Backend development
• Experience developing enterprise systems rather than Web applications
• Strong experience working with Spring Boot
• Experience working with configuration management tools
• Good English skills, including reading, writing, and speaking
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
