We are looking for an experienced Priority Implementer & Developer for a hybrid role combining hands-on implementation and development.
This position involves leading end-to-end processes, from requirements gathering and design through development, testing, and full implementation with end users, while working closely with development teams and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and analyze business processes to drive system improvements and enhancements
- Write clear functional specifications suitable for both management and development teams
- Perform testing of processes and developed features
- Create user guides and operational documentation
- Propose creative solutions while ensuring alignment with existing processes and integrations
- Implement solutions and support end users during deployment
- Manage tasks end-to-end, including coordination with third parties and internal teams
- Work closely with the development team on a daily basis
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Priority implementation
- At least 1 year of experience in Priority development
- Strong familiarity with the Priority standard system and various modules
- Proven experience in process analysis and writing functional specifications
- Experience working in an implementation company – an advantage
- Ability to lead processes independently while working collaboratively in a team
