About the role
Priority Software is a leading global provider of cloud-based ERP and business applications, serving over 10,000 customers across industries.
We are looking for a Full-Cycle Data Scientist who can own data science initiatives end-to-end, from identifying business problems to deploying, monitoring, and improving production-ready solutions. This role goes beyond modelling, requiring strong ownership, professional ML engineering skills, a broad understanding of business, and the ability to deliver tangible business impact.
Key Responsibilities
● Maintain a strategic, company-wide perspective for applying machine learning models and AI solutions across business units.
● Identify, evaluate, and define data sources and datasets for the organizational data lake in alignment with business objectives.
● Own the full lifecycle of machine learning products, from problem definition and model development to deployment, delivering measurable business impact for use cases such as optimization and anomaly detection.
● Collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, and customers to integrate ML models into real-world products and services.
● Communicate analytical insights and technical decisions clearly to stakeholders.
● Work with AI tools to speedup development and reduce time to production.
Required Qualifications
● B.Sc. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field; M.Sc. is a plus.
● 4+ years of hands-on industry experience in Data Science and ML Engineering, including developing and deploying production-grade solutions.
● Excellent Python programming skills, including proficiency in ML Engineering and Data Science libraries such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, pandas, XGBoost, CATboost and Keras.
● Strong SQL skills for querying, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets efficiently.
● Strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
