Matrix is hiring an AI & Automation Developer for a financial organization to join an Automation Infrastructure team responsible for developing quality platforms, tools, and AI capabilities that support all development units across the organization, including Web, Mobile, Core Banking, Salesforce, and additional core systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop intelligent Agents for Test Plan, Code Generation, RCA, and Data analysis
• Build RAG processes to connect business and technical knowledge with LLM models
• Develop workflows based on LangChain / MCP
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and implement AI capabilities within Quality Gates
• Develop tools for integrating AI into enterprise automation infrastructures
• Collaborate with Development, DevOps, QA, and Data teams
• Develop Microservices architectures

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Backend / Full-Stack development
• Strong proficiency in Python or Java / TypeScript
• Experience building distributed systems, Microservices, and REST APIs
• Hands-on experience working with Linux environments
• Deep understanding of System Design and software architecture
• Experience with CI/CD tools: JIRA, Bitbucket, Jenkins
• Strong teamwork skills with a broad system-oriented mindset
