The Missile and Space Systems Division is looking for a Senior Signal Processing Systems Engineer
Responsibilities
- Lead the system engineering development of advanced signal processing systems.
- Drive end-to-end development of multidisciplinary systems involving FPGA, RF, and algorithm development.
- Define system architecture, interfaces, and system requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and professional guidance to engineering and development teams.
- Be responsible for system design, integration, and performance validation in the lab and during field tests.
- Lead R&D activities and the implementation of AI technologies to improve processes and system performance.
- Perform hands-on laboratory work, including performance analysis, testing, and troubleshooting.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering – required.
- Proven experience in developing multidisciplinary systems in one or more of the following domains: RF, SIGINT, Cellular, Radar, Wireless Communications, or Electronic Warfare – required.
- Experience as a System Engineer or System Architect, including defining requirements, interfaces, and system architecture for signal processing systems – required.
- Experience in signal processing and/or development of signal processing algorithms – required.
- Experience leading and mentoring multidisciplinary development teams, including algorithm, software, firmware, and hardware engineers – required.
- Experience with GNSS – an advantage.
