Senior AI Model Analyst & Cloud Implementation Expert

You will be the first to get your hands on the most advanced AI tools on the market, implement them within the bank’s cloud environment, and lead the entire team into the new era of model building.

This role seamlessly combines deep subject matter expertise, advanced analytical capabilities, and professional leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation & Leadership: Serve as the professional authority for implementing AI and Machine Learning tools within the analytics department.
• Cloud-Based Modeling: Design, develop, and deploy advanced models on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure.
• Advanced Tooling Utilization: Demonstrate hands-on expertise and manage daily operations using Dataiku and Vertex AI to generate complex business insights.
• Mentoring & Training: Guide team analysts, establish work methodologies, and lead the department's upskilling as it transitions into the AI domain.
• In-House Solution Development: Build tailored AI solutions within the department and lead them through to cross-organizational implementation.

Requirements:

• Professional Experience: At least 4–5 years of experience as a Senior Data Analyst / Modeling Analyst in a large enterprise (preference for the financial sector).
• Cloud Expertise: Proven track record working in a cloud environment (GCP - Mandatory), including cloud-based model building.
• Tool Proficiency: Practical experience with Dataiku and Vertex AI – a highly significant advantage.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME): Deep understanding of AI processes and advanced analytics, with the ability to translate complex technology into clear business language.
• Training & Leadership Skills: Experience leading professional teams, mentoring analysts, and strong presentation/public speaking skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering) – Mandatory. Master’s degree – Advantage.
