We are looking for an experienced and hands-on DevOps Team Leader to join our FUSE organization.
In this role, you will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities, driving the DevOps vision and execution while mentoring engineers, shaping best practices, and ensuring reliable and scalable software delivery across containerized, Kubernetes, cloud, and air-gapped environments
:In this role, you will
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps engineers, setting technical direction and fostering a culture of ownership, excellence, and continuous improvement
Define and drive the team’s roadmap, priorities, and goals in alignment with organizational objectives
Architect, design, and oversee robust and scalable CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions
Own the strategy, tooling, and automation for secure air-gapped environments
Serve as the primary interface between DevOps and R&D, QA, and Product teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across the development and release lifecycle
Research, evaluate, and introduce new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and reliability
Drive the scalability, resilience, and performance of cloud environments (Azure / AWS)
Establish and enforce DevOps standards, processes, and documentation across the organization
:Requirements
B.Sc. in Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalent experience
At least 5 years of hands-on DevOps experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role – required
Proven Experience Leading And Mentoring Technical Teams – Required
Strong architectural understanding of CI/CD tools and methodologies, particularly Jenkins and GitHub Actions – required
Hands-on Experience Working In Air-gapped Environments – Required
Deep expertise with Docker (build, run, debug) and Docker Compose – required
