We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Team Lead to join our growing engineering team and lead development of advanced real-time control and monitoring systems integrating ONVIF cameras, radar systems, electro-optical sensors, and embedded platforms.

This is a unique opportunity to combine technical leadership, software architecture, and team management while working on multidisciplinary defense and sensing technologies.

• Lead and mentor a software development team in Israel
• Provide technical leadership to an embedded development team overseas through their local team lead
• Design and review software architecture for complex real-time systems
• Drive development of high-performance .NET control applications
• Conduct code reviews and enforce software engineering best practices
• Collaborate closely with software, embedded, system engineering, and hardware teams
• Work daily with international teams in English

✅ 6+ years of experience with C# and .NET

✅ Strong background in software architecture and system design

✅ Proven experience leading software development teams

✅ Experience with real-time systems, hardware integration, or embedded environments

✅ Strong understanding of multithreading, async programming, and event-driven systems

✅ Excellent communication skills and ability to work with remote international teams

✅ Strong ownership, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

⭐ Experience with ONVIF, PTZ cameras, radar, or electro-optical systems

⭐ Experience with embedded systems and low-level communication protocols

⭐ Experience with WPF and ASP.NET Core
