We are looking for an Optical Systems Developer to join the Engineering & Systems division at IAI ELTA.

The position includes:

Developing electro-optical systems from the design phase through final product delivery, including integration support

Working with suppliers in Israel and abroad

Writing technical specifications and engineering documentation

Supporting design and manufacturing processes

Providing support during system integration activities

What we’re looking for:

B.Sc. in Electro-Optics Engineering or Electronics Engineering – Mandatory

Experience in the development of electronic and optical systems – Mandatory

Significant advantage – Experience with integrated RFOF (Radio Frequency over Fiber) optical fiber systems

Advantage – Experience with drawing and diagram tools such as VISIO

High level of English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) – Mandatory
