About the Role
The Missiles and Space Systems Division is looking for an RT-Embedded Software Development Engineer for servo systems.
The role includes:
- Development and maintenance of RT software for TI DSP components for servo systems integrated with hardware and mechanics
- Analysis and writing of requirements, writing and execution of tests, software design, and code writing
- Performing optimization and system integration
- Writing drivers and implementing various communication protocols
- Implementing control loop algorithms
What We Are Looking For
- B.Sc. in Software Engineering / Computer Science / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering – Mandatory
- At least 5 years of experience in C software development for RT-Embedded systems – Mandatory
- Experience in Low-Level development (including driver writing) – Mandatory
- Experience in development of Bare Metal systems (without an operating system) – Mandatory
- Implementation and understanding of communication protocols such as UART, SPI, CAN – Mandatory
- Hardware background (basic electronics knowledge), ability to read electrical schematics, familiarity with test equipment – Advantage
- Experience in development within a hardware/software multidisciplinary environment – Advantage
- Experience in development with TI DSP components – Advantage
- Experience in ASM programming – Advantage
- Experience in writing software development documents – Advantage
