𝗕𝗔𝗧𝗠 is a global technology group, publicly traded in London and Tel Aviv, operating across Networking, Cyber, and Diagnostics.

Within the Cyber Division, BATM cyber develops advanced encryption technologies, including Layer 2 data-in-transit protection powered by Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC), delivering high-performance, hardware-based cybersecurity solutions for critical infrastructures worldwide.

We are looking for an 𝗡𝗣𝗜 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 to own the transition of products from development to production, ensuring strong alignment between R&D, manufacturing, and external vendors, while developing automated test processes and scripts to support production and validation.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

🔹 End-to-end ownership of the NPI process from prototype to mass production.

🔹 Full configuration control: part numbers, BOM creation & management in ERP/PLM systems.

🔹 Lead Engineering Change Orders (ECO) across R&D and production.

🔹 Build and maintain Manufacturing Data Packages (MDP) for local and offshore manufacturers.

🔹 Define Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) with R&D teams.

🔹 Develop automated test scripts (Python / LabVIEW - advantage).

🔹 Analyze production feedback (DFM/DFA) and drive engineering issue resolution end-to-end.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

🔹 B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering or Practical Electronics Engineer - required.

🔹 At least 2 years of experience in NPI / product transfer to production -required.

🔹 Experience in scripting & automated test systems in manufacturing/NPI environments (e.g. Python) - required.

🔹 Experience writing engineering documentation and work instructions in Hebrew & English - required.

🔹 Strong hands-on technical experience with HW components and production processes.

🔹 Experience with PRIORITY ERP and PLM systems (Agile / Arena) -advantage.
