Integration & Development Team Lead | Jerusalem

Join a security-focused organization and lead a development and integration team responsible for building interfaces between internal systems and external organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a development team of 7–10 members, including matrix management
• Develop and manage integrations between internal systems and external entities
• Work with integration tools such as TIBCO BW and API Management platforms
• Oversee development and operation of integration processes
• Operate in an on-premise environment without cloud access

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in relevant development roles
• Proven experience managing and leading development teams, including matrix teams
• Hands-on experience in developing and operating integration processes, including TIBCO BW
• Experience working with API Management tools and data gateway technologies (Layer 7)
• Strong knowledge of XML, XSD, WSDL, JSON, Swagger, and OpenAPI standards
• Experience in Java development and working with messaging systems such as MQ and Kafka
• Familiarity with additional integration tools and open-source technologies
• Experience working with REST and SOAP protocols and Windows/Linux environments at an administrative level
