Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Wireless System Engineer to support new wireless product development.

The role includes system flow definition and hands-on lab integration of a complex multi-antenna wireless platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define system requirements and end‑to‑end flows
• Technical lead for cross‑functional SW/HW/Test activities
• Lead bring‑up/integration and end‑to‑end validation on the evaluation platform
• Resolve complex lab issues, drive reliability/performance, and feature enablement
  
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in wireless communications technologies
• Proven ability to lead integrations and define end-to-end flows across HW, RTL design and SW layers
• Strong modem fundamentals across RF/analog and digital domains, familiarity with PHY concepts
• Hands-on bring-up and debugging experience in the lab using RF interfaces and test equipment
• Working knowledge of at least one wireless standard (e.g., 5G NR, Wi‑Fi, or similar)
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (or equivalent experience)
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Modem/PHY design expertise, including algorithms and/or RTL implementation
• Cross-disciplinary experience across real-time FW, HW, and RF (including RF lineups)
• Experience with LTE and/or 5G standards and system design
  
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.
  
  
  

OR

Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Systems Engineering or related work experience.

OR

PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
