Job description: 

We are seeking a Head of Data Science to lead our data science group, define and execute our AI and data strategy, and serve as the primary technical and strategic authority for data science and machine learning-driven initiatives across the company. This role combines team leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and business-level strategic influence.

Required Qualifications: 

Passion for developing groundbreaking solutions in the medical field.

Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

At least 7 years of industry experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related fields.

At least 3 years of experience leading data science or major AI initiatives, including mentoring, hiring, and setting technical directions.

Strong hands-on expertise in machine learning, deep learning, statistical modeling, and data engineering workflows.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with product, engineering, clinical, and business stakeholders.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical insights into clear business recommendations.

Background in the medical domain and/or neuroscience- an advantage.

Scope of work: 

This is a full-time position.

Our offices are located in the northern district of Misgav. Partial remote work will be possible in accordance with the needs of the company and the employee.
