The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Tech Lead who drives technical direction, mentors others, and stays deeply involved in development. This role is for someone who wants to make a real impact through strong execution, team growth, and long-term technical improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Provide technical and professional leadership within the team while remaining actively involved in development, particularly in complex, high-impact areas.
• Develop and maintain features for our gaming platform across desktop, mobile web, and native applications.
• Support and mentor team members through day-to-day guidance and code reviews
• Help developers make technical decisions and improve their execution
• Identify areas for improvement, redesign, optimization, and upgrades
• Drive better engineering practices, code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
• Work with diverse teams to deliver complete solutions and foster a culture of ownership, initiative, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software development experience
• Strong technical skills with the ability to lead and support others
• Experience working with a modern JavaScript framework such as Vue, React, Angular, Svelte, or similar
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
• Familiarity with modern AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude, or similar
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, scalable code design, and modern development practices
• Ability to combine hands-on execution with technical leadership
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Experience mentoring others, conducting code reviews, and helping raise team standards.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to identify problems and drive improvements forward
• Ability to work effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with Vue.js
• Experience with Node.js or broader full-stack development
• Experience working with mobile or native applications
• Background in gaming, fintech, or other highly regulated industries
• Experience with internal tools, automation, or process improvement initiatives
