We're hiring: Development Manager – Vibe Coding & AI Solutions

We’re looking for a highly technical Development Manager to lead engineering teams and drive end-to-end delivery of innovative software solutions, with a strong emphasis on AI-driven development and Vibe Coding practices.

In this role, you will combine people leadership with deep technical expertise - guiding developers, making architectural decisions, and working closely with product and business stakeholders. You should be a hands-on technologist who understands code at a high level, while actively leveraging AI tools to accelerate development, improve quality, and introduce modern engineering practices.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Full-Stack development team
• Drive end-to-end delivery of complex technological projects
• Make key architectural and technology decisions
• Implement and promote Vibe Coding practices within the teams
• Leverage AI tools (coding assistants, code generation, automated testing, smart refactoring)
• Establish best practices for AI-driven development
• Ensure high code quality through reviews and standards
• Collaborate closely with Product, Business, DevOps, and IT teams
• Lead modern development processes (CI/CD, automation, continuous improvement)

Requirements:

• Several years of hands-on software development experience
• Proven experience managing development teams or leading major technical initiatives
• Strong understanding of modern development technologies: .NET, Node.js, PHP, Angular, React, Next.js
• Practical experience working with AI development tools and workflows
• Strong architectural understanding and ability to design end-to-end solutions
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience working in Cloud and/or On-Prem environments
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
