Senior Full Stack Developer

We are a growing startup, high-impact engineering team, looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join us in a hands-on, high-ownership role.

This is a key position for someone who wants to build meaningful product capabilities end-to-end, influence technical decisions, and take part in shaping both the product and the engineering culture.

You will be involved across the full development lifecycle - from understanding business needs and shaping requirements, through technical design and implementation, to testing, deployment, and production support.

Responsibilities

* Own features end-to-end, from idea and requirements to production

* Help define product requirements and translate them into clear technical solutions

* Design, build, and maintain backend and frontend systems

* Estimate implementation effort, identify risks, and propose practical alternatives

* Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

* Implement Unit, Integration, and E2E tests

* Support production systems, troubleshoot issues, and respond quickly when needed

* Improve existing features, infrastructure, development workflows, and system reliability

* Proactively contribute to architecture, scalability, performance, and engineering quality

Requirements

* Strong experience as a Full Stack Developer

* Proven experience with Node.js, Express, JavaScript, and React

* Hands-on experience with AI / Agents / LLM-based products or features

* Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure

* Strong understanding of system design, architecture, and design patterns

* Experience building and maintaining APIs and production systems

* Experience with testing, CI/CD, Git, and modern development workflows

* Ability to work independently, take ownership, and move fast in a dynamic startup environment
