תיאור משרה

• תמיכה בפרויקטים הנדסיים במפעל המתכות, בליווי מהנדסים מנוסים ובהתאם להנחיות הצוות.
• איסוף נתונים הנדסיים ממערכות ותהליכים, סיוע באימות הנתונים וביצוע ניתוחים בסיסיים לצורך תמיכה בקבלת החלטות.
• השתתפות ותמיכה ביוזמות בינה מלאכותית ואנליטיקה מתקדמת, כולל הכנת נתונים, ניתוח ראשוני וסיוע בעבודה עם מודלים.
• סיוע בפרויקטים לשיפור תהליכים, יוזמות להפחתת עלויות ושיפור פרודוקטיביות.
• תמיכה בניתוחי בעיות (RCA) ופתרון בעיות בתחומי התהליך, האיכות והייצור, כחלק מצוות הנדסי.
• הכנת סיכומים, ניתוחים והצגות הנדסיות בליווי והכוונה של מהנדסי הצוות.
  
  

עבודה בשיתוף פעולה עם מהנדסי תהליכים, איכות, תפעול ופונקציות נוספות, כחלק מצוות גלובלי רב־תחומי.

דרישות

• סטודנט/ית שנה שנייה להנדסה חומרים / מכונות / כימיה / מערכות / אלקטרוניקה)
• גישה אנליטית חזקה ועניין בייצור, תהליכים תעשייתיים וקבלת החלטות מבוססות נתונים.
• עניין או ניסיון בסיסי בכלי BI / ניתוח נתונים (, Excel, Power BI, Python – advantage).
• מוטיבציה גבוהה, גישה מעשית, סקרנות ויכולת למידה עצמית.
• כישורי תקשורת טובים ויכולת לעבוד בסביבה גלובלית רב-תכליתית.
• אנגלית – רמה טובה (מדוברת וכתובה)
  
  

Responsibilities (English)

Support engineering projects at the metals plant, working alongside experienced engineers and following team guidelines.

• Collect engineering data from systems and processes, assist in data validation, and perform basic analyses to support decision-making.
• Participate in and support artificial intelligence and advanced analytics initiatives, including data preparation, initial analysis, and assisting with model-related tasks.
• Assist in process improvement projects, cost reduction initiatives, and productivity enhancement efforts.
• Support root cause analysis (RCA) and problem-solving in process, quality, and production domains as part of an engineering team.
• Prepare summaries, analyses, and engineering presentations under the guidance and supervision of team engineers.
• Collaborate with process, quality, and operations engineers, as well as other functions, as part of a global, cross-functional team.
  
  

Qualifications (English)

• Second- year student in Materials / Mechanical / Chemical / Systems / Electronics Engineering.
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in manufacturing, industrial processes, and data-driven decision-making.
• Interest or basic experience with BI / data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Python – an advantage).
• High motivation, hands-on approach, curiosity, and ability for self-learning.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment.
• English – good level (spoken and written).
