We are looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our R&D team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our infrastructure, responsible for building, scaling, and securing our cloud environments. You will bridge the gap between development and operations, ensuring our high-scale risk assessment platform is resilient, cost-efficient, and deployed through seamless automation.

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure using industry-standard tools (Terraform/Pulumi).
• CI/CD Mastery: Architect and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps to ensure fast and reliable delivery cycles.
• Orchestration: Manage and optimize production-grade Kubernetes (K8S) clusters, ensuring high availability and seamless scaling.
• Observability & Logging: Ownership of our ELK stack, specifically focusing on ECK (Elastic Cloud on Kubernetes) for centralized logging and monitoring.
• FinOps & Efficiency: Lead Cost Optimization initiatives, analyzing cloud spend and implementing strategies to ensure our infrastructure remains lean and cost-effective.
• Security & Reliability: Implement security best practices across the pipeline and infrastructure, while maintaining 99.9% uptime for our services.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer in a high-growth production environment.
• Cloud Expert: Deep proficiency with at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP) – experience with multi-cloud environments is a plus.
• Containerization: Expert-level knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (including Helm charts, Operators, and networking).
• Automation Specialist: Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or Go) to automate repetitive tasks and improve developer productivity.
• Analytical Mindset: You don't just "fix" things; you look for the root cause and optimize for the long term, especially regarding performance and cloud costs.

• Elasticsearch Expert: Hands-on experience with ECK or large-scale Elasticsearch clusters.
• Security-First: Experience with DevSecOps tools (Secret management, Vulnerability scanning).
• Hybrid Environments: Experience migrating workflows between different CI/CD platforms (e.g., migrating from Jenkins/Azure DevOps to GitHub Actions).
