The Amdocs Data & AI Platform team is looking for a Data & AI Engineer to join us in Ra’anana, Israel. In this role, you will contribute to building new capabilities within our data lake and AI‑enablement domains. We work with modern data technologies and are expanding toward AI‑driven data products.

You’ll join a team that values breadth, adaptability, and ownership. We look for engineers who learn quickly, experiment thoughtfully, and work across different layers of the stack. Every voice counts here, and we proactively adopt new technologies when they bring value.

What will your job look like?

• Develop, improve, and maintain data‑driven components within the Data & AI Platform.
• Design and own new features end‑to‑end — from ideation to production.
• Build and integrate AI‑assisted data capabilities.
• Collaborate within a creative, open, and highly technical team.
• Work from the office 3 times a week.
  
  

All you need is...

• Strong Python development experience.
• Experience designing and building data pipelines (Spark or similar preferred).
• Understanding of distributed systems and event‑driven patterns (Kafka).
• Experience working with Linux.
• Experience with observability tools such as Grafana or Prometheus.
• Ability to learn and adopt new AI technologies (LLMs, embeddings, vector stores, model integration, etc.).
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with data‑lake table formats (Iceberg, Delta, etc.).
• Familiarity with DBX, EMR, or similar cloud data stacks.
• Experience with Elastic.
• Exposure to practical AI/ML workflows or AI‑powered applications.
