Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Hands-on Development Team Leader based in Raanana, with flexibility for partial remote work. The role involves managing and mentoring a development team, leading front-end and back-end software development efforts, and actively contributing to coding and system design. The Team Leader will ensure adherence to best practices in software development, oversee project timelines, and foster a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with other departments to deliver innovative solutions and drive product excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Team Leadership and mentoring development teams effectively.
• Strong expertise in Front-End Development, including proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks.
• Broad knowledge of Software Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles to design and maintain scalable systems.
• Hands-on experience with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), creating responsive designs and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work in a dynamic hybrid environment, and strong communication and collaboration capabilities.
• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts or prior experience in the industry is a plus.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
• Proficiency in AWS DevOps and AI coding is a must.
• Experience with NodeJS, Angular, or React.
• Experience with PHP development is an advantage
• Ability to write maintainable, testable, and scalable code
