We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Expert to join our Lifecycle Operator Team, specializing in cutting-edge technologies in the **Agentic AI domain**, **Kubernetes (K8s) operators**, **Istio service mesh**, and related fields. This role is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional who thrives in challenging production environments and has hands-on experience with modern technologies and programming languages like **Golang**.

What will your job look like?

• Agentic AI Development and Integration:** Contribute to the design and deployment of agentic AI solutions, optimizing workflows and lifecycle management.
• Kubernetes Operator Expertise:** Develop, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes operators to facilitate seamless application deployment and scaling.
• Istio Service Mesh Management:** Manage and optimize Istio service mesh configurations for microservices architecture, ensuring secure and reliable service communication.
• Production Environment Challenges:** Provide proactive support and solutions for large-scale production accounts, effectively addressing troubleshooting, performance optimization, and scalability challenges.
• Development in Golang:** Use Golang for developing high-performance and maintainable components and tools to support the team’s initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation in lifecycle management methodologies.
• Document processes and share knowledge to improve team capabilities while adhering to best practices and standards.
  
  

All you need is...

• Proven expertise in the **Agentic AI domain**, with a solid understanding of AI algorithms and applications for lifecycle operations.
• Deep experience with **Kubernetes operators**, including hands-on development and deployment of custom operators in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of **Istio service mesh architecture** and implementation for secure and optimized service networking.
• Hands-on experience working with **production accounts**, solving operational challenges and ensuring high availability and reliability of systems.
• Proficiency in **Golang**, with the ability to write efficient, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle complex problems, and communicate solutions effectively.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-native environments, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.) to monitor systems and troubleshoot issues.
• Understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration concepts at scale.
