The Role

We are looking for a Support Solutions Engineer to serve as the primary technical authority for our clients. In this role, you will be diagnosing technical problems, developing custom scripts, and optimizing the implementation of our clients' most critical processes.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical expert who thrives on problem-solving, possesses a deep understanding of web technologies, and excels in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Technical Ownership: Manage the full lifecycle of technical issues, including understanding the challenge, applying custom development/scripting, testing, and deployment.
  • Complex Problem Solving: Own the resolution of high-level technical challenges, from diagnosing configuration bugs to developing custom technical workarounds within the EasySend platform.
  • Strategic Client Advisory: Provide proactive, expert technical guidance to global clients and partners.
  • Internal Technical Liaison: Partner closely with Product and R&D teams to identify platform gaps, report bugs, and advocate for feature enhancements based on client needs.
  • Knowledge Leadership: Document technical best practices and mentor peers to elevate the team’s collective expertise in a growing, "wear-many-hats" environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven Technical Proficiency: Solid hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is essential. Familiarity with Python or API integrations is a significant advantage.
  • Academic Background or equivalent experience : Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • AI-Mindset: You are an expert at leveraging AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate development, troubleshoot code, and automate repetitive tasks. Using AI is a natural, integrated part of your daily workflow.
  • The "Troubleshooter" Mindset: A natural ability to deconstruct complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement efficient solutions.
  • Customer-Facing Excellence: Proven experience managing technical relationships with B2B/Enterprise customers.
  • Bilingual Communication: Professional-level fluency in English and Hebrew (both verbal and written) is a must.
  • Ownership & Autonomy: A self-organized, detail-oriented professional who takes full accountability for client success and thrives working both independently and as a team player.
  • Availability: Ability to work according to U.S. business hours (Monday–Friday) to support our North American partners.
