We are looking for

a DevOps Engineer for our site in Netanya.

We are a dynamic team providing all DevOps needs for the Radio Communications Department in Elbit's C4I and Cyber Division. Our team is in charge of the CI/CD processes for all projects under development. Join us and take part in shaping the development infrastructure that powers advanced communication systems with real operational impact.

In this role you will

Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable seamless software delivery

Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and deployment strategies

Introduce and design innovative approaches and solutions in the CI/CD process

Troubleshoot issues proactively and implement preventive solutions

Maintain and continuously improve documentation and best practices for DevOps processes

Implement and integrate new AI-based solutions into the development process

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Exact Sciences

At least 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer

Advanced knowledge of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI

Strong understanding of scripting and automation using Python, Bash, and PowerShell

Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

Advanced knowledge of Git, version control, and Linux operating systems

Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) - Advantage

A can-do attitude, strong willingness to learn, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
