What you’ll do:

• Lead and own cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)

• Drive DevOps best practices and standards across teams

• Manage and scale Kubernetes environments (prod/staging/dev)

• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines

• Implement monitoring & observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK)

• Work with microservices, service mesh, and API gateways

• Lead Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Pulumi)

• Support multi-region operations (Israel & Europe)

• Ensure high availability, DR, and production reliability

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years in DevOps / SRE / Platform roles

• Strong hands-on cloud & Kubernetes experience

• Experience taking ownership and leading initiatives end-to-end

• CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code expertise

• Deep understanding of networking & production systems

• Proactive, ownership mindset

Bonus points:

Fintech / payments experience, Kafka/RabbitMQ, GitOps, Service Mesh, Python
