We are looking for a Product AI Engineer to join Entain’s Growth division, dedicated to accelerating AI-driven initiatives for both the Entain Group and 365scores. You are a "Builder" in the modern sense: someone who uses LLMs, agentic workflows, and "vibe coding" to prototype, deploy, and iterate on features at a pace traditional R&D cannot match.

This role is 50% Product Thinker and 50% AI Developer. You will bridge the gap between high-level growth strategy and functional AI implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Entain Growth & UA: Develop AI-driven specifications and tools to optimize User Acquisition across the Entain Group. This includes automating creative variations, audience signal processing, and predictive UA modeling.
• 365scores Execution: Lead the technical development and planning of high-priority AI projects, including:
• Content AI Agents: Scaling automated sports insights and "365Stories."
• Marketing AI: Building automated workflows for growth experiments.
• AI Prediction & Insights: Integrating LLM-based match analysis into the product.
• Internal Efficiency: Developing AI-powered QA analyzers and automated betting-feed scanners.
• Rapid Prototyping (Vibe Coding): Master the modern AI stack (Cursor, Claude 3.5, GitHub Copilot) to build functional MVPs in days. You value "working software" over heavy documentation.
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in Growth Tech, AdTech, Sport Betting, Sport Data or a fast-paced Startup environment is a major plus.
• Technical: Strong to Medium technical skills with a deep understanding of LLM APIs, RAG, and Agentic frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, etc.).
• Product Sense: Ability to translate a "business problem" into a "technical prompt." Understand KPIs like CTR, Retention, and LTV.
• Execution Style: Comfortable with "Vibe Coding", allowing to maintain 3-4 projects simultaneously.
