About the Role: We're looking for a Salesforce Team Lead to head up our engineering squad — delivering high-impact solutions across Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud, with full ownership of quality, performance, and platform governance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a Salesforce engineering team; run Scrum ceremonies and drive measurable outcomes
• Own multi-workstream delivery with a focus on quality, performance, and security
• Translate business requirements into technical designs — staying hands-on with Apex, LWC, and Flows
• Set the standard for code reviews, testing, and Salesforce governance
• Manage releases using modern DevOps practices (branching strategy, CI/CD, automation)

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience + 2+ years leading engineering teams
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, governor limits, and security/sharing
• Hands-on experience across Sales, Service & Experience Cloud + integration patterns (REST/SOAP, Platform Events)
• Strong communication skills, comfortable with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Fluent English and Hebrew
