Role Overview

Are you a talented and motivated developer looking to kickstart your career in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment? We are looking for our next Junior Full-Stack Engineer to join our talented R&D team! In this role, you will grow alongside seasoned experts, contributing to real-world features and helping us reshape the construction tech industry. You’ll have the chance to work with a modern tech stack and learn how to leverage AI-assisted development to build the next generation of smart applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality features using React, React Native, and Node.js.
• Work closely with senior engineers to learn best practices in software architecture and clean code.
• Participate in the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to deployment.
• Leverage existing experience with AI tools and demonstrate a strong ability to learn and adopt new AI tools to enhance coding efficiency.
• Embrace and integrate AI-enhanced workflows into your daily development process.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to deliver a seamless user experience.

Requirements

• Educational Background: B.Sc. in Computer Science / Software Engineering or a graduate of a high-end coding Bootcamp- Must
• React Foundation: Academic or hands-on project experience with React (knowledge of Hooks and State Management is a plus).
• A passion for self-learning and a "can-do" attitude toward tackling new technologies.
• High-level English (both written and verbal) to work in a global environment.
• Curiosity about AI tools (like Cursor or Copilot) and their potential in modern development.
